Star screw with dot in the middle
Monkeyvoodoo:
I heavily dislike security screws. I had to fix one of my sons Thomas trains. Thought it would be a quick fix but then I found the triangle head screws. Took me a week to find a place locally that carried the right bit.
Plus side is that I now have a set that can handle any security screw.

Home Depot carries a security torx driver with a bunch of bits that fit in the handle. It was $10 or so, one of my most used tools. I do need to pick up the triangle bits, but I just use a small flat head on those most of the time.

I picked one of those up a few years back, works great, you never know when you'll need it.

These screws seem to be more common anymore. I picked up one of these http://www.homedepot.com/p/Klein-Tools-Magnetic-Screwdriver-with-32-Bit-Set-32510/100648026#.UcwbJPl9CSo at Home Depot. I can't say how many times I have relied on this set. I have used the Mor Torq screwdriver heads the most for regular stubborn Phillips head screws. Plus being the go to iPod fixer in my family the smaller torq or security screw driver heads come in handy as they are becoming more frequent in the newer generation iPods. Hell I even found a torq head screw yesterday when I had to exchange the heating element in my stove for a new one.
If nothing else I would buy just the bit set without the screwdriver to be safe.
