The thing is, you will still need to put some sort of support material behind the jigsaw joints to give it stability, so that pattern of cuts is probably extraneous. The same could be done with straight cuts, with fastener holes for the interior support piece, which also provides for proper alignment. |

really like your design, it looks a little like modified ultimate 2 with a twist. I wish I could do 3d mock ups like this............I cant even use photoshop :'( but im learning...........sloooowly :cheers: |
