Would this motherboard run hyperspin fine?

If you ever get another xbox do a softmod.  Does the same but no soldering.

I know, I should have. But I had no copy of splintercell/mechassault/007, nor do I have a computer with an IDE port to do the hotswap.

So for the same price of buying one of those used games, I thought I'd buy a modchip. Biggest mistake

I only discovered AdvMENUPlus because of Calamity and VeS' work with GroovyArcade.  It's primarily an Italian / Spanish project from the looks of it.  It's the default frontend for GroovyArcade. :)  I've been working on integrating Cabrio into GroovyArcade, which is HyperSpin-esque but without requiring Flash and works on Linux.

Never bothered running GroovyArcade when i noticed that they support 586 and up only. I tend to use older hardware to run mame. Actually been thinking of forking PuppyArcade and creating a version with a full frontend in order to use with older hardware.   :)

Here's how bad I messed it up:

I don't have a picture of the xbox, but it looked the same. I threw it away out of frustration.

shame you tossed out that xbox. could have been fixed. :(

Pardon my french, but you have ---smurfing--- gotta be kidding me. :) 586 or up is *Pentium 1* era.   As in, 60mhz Pentium, as in, *20* years old!

If you have an 486 machine or older that you're wanting to use for MAME, I want whatever you're smoking.  Heck, I can even donate you a Sparc IPX or a NeXTstation Pro. ;)  My 486SLC-25 could barely play the X port of Pacman and XGalaga, let alone *emulate* them.
