How long does Happ take to ship?

Are you sure everything you order is in stock?
When filling out the order form, when did you speficy as a ship date?

just an update.... the order I put on 6/4, I got it yesterday... plus support replies quite fast... so, overall, I'm still satisfy with their service....

For all who are unaware of Bob Roberts, you may wish to see if he has what you need before you order from Happ. I have found his stuff is less expensive than Happ. He doesn't accept credit cards or paypal though.
When I went to Happ to order some parts their website said it was going to be 3 weeks before they had in the buttons I wanted. I had heard good things about Bob Roberts on the message board so I thought I would give him a try. I really didn't want to have to wait at least 3 weeks. I sent him an email of what I wanted. He replied the next day with an itemized list including prices for each and total shipping. I sent him a check the next day and my parts arrived at the end of the following week. Bob's price with shipping was about $15 less than Happ's before shipping. Will I order from Bob again? Definitely!
Attention folks in Canada:
From what I have heard Happ ships via UPS and then UPS sticks you guys with a brokerage fee when you pick up your stuff from them because they shipping it across the border. To me this practice is just plain wrong. They already charged for shipping the package to you and shouldn't be collecting even more money. I don't know if you guys get charged a brokerage fee for packages via us mail or not (probably not) but Bob Roberts ships via US Priority mail.

It took Happs 21 days to send me 2 Supers and 20 buttons.... Yes, 21 painful days.
