SEGA Driving School

(1/2) > >>

BadMouth:
I came across this while researching NAOMI 2 stuff.  It is a driving simulator designed for driving schools.
Not sure if it was successful at that or not, but at some point Sega threw a coin mech on it and added a scoring system.  ;D
Some of the pics are from different Joypolis locations in Japan.

Except for it having an automatic transmission, I think it is a pretty sweet looking setup.
It looks to have a lot in common with F355, but F355 didn't have a real seat, working gauges, e-brake, or simulated ABS force feedback.  :P

I couldn't find any good video of it in action.
This page has some extremely short clips:

I saved all of them.  May stitch them together at some point and put them on youtube to preserve them.

Now to find the service manual.........
