If I had the room I'd gut the videogame portion of one of these and install lcd monitors and a beast of a pc and have at it.  A full 360 degree rotation on both axis means you could sim anything in it.   

This and a Galaxian theatre.   I could probably live in the theatre though... just put a roof on it.  ;)

i don't mind the nascar theme. and i do play nascar racing games.

however, as cool as the force dynamics and other simulators are,
i usually play from a 3rd person view.

so would those work on multiple monitor setups?

i never play with the first person car view, it's too hard
to see turns, and whats going on for me.

Not even bumpercam/hood view? Those are the best views IMHO. Chase view feels too disconnected for me.

Agreed.  It's harder, but that's kind of the point.  Technically speaking a lot of arcade racers are easier to win if you play them with digital controls, but they sure aren't as fun.
