Player 1 button #4 Enabling Sticky Keys Menu
« on: March 19, 2013, 08:18:57 pm »
Only an issue with fighting games but since my P1 Button #4 is mapped to the Shift key it keeps popping up the Sticky Keys menu during gameplay.  My guess is i need to remap to another key but where do I do that with mame.exe.  I checked the mame.ini but did not see any key settings.
Thanks,
Ric

Much easier to load sticky keys menu when it pops up and disable the keyboard shortcut.

I have tried that but it keeps coming up.  Maybe I am unchecking the wrong box.  :)

When the windows pops up, there is a link to bring you to the settings...click it
Removed the check in the keyboard shortcut area where it talks about clicking the SHIFT key five times.
Click OK in the bottom right

That should fix your issue
