I could never stay up 24 hours and then go to school. My body was never designed to do that at any point. Not when I was young, not in my 20s when I tried to pull a closing shift followed by an opening shift at McDs, and not now. Some people could. I couldn't.
Your teeth could be weak. My wife has, up until now, brushed her teeth for no more than 30 seconds once a day, maybe twice. This kind of irked me. I have to do mine for no less than 2 minutes twice a day, plus floss and rinse once a day. So far, since I've adopted that regimen, I've not had a cavity. She, however, JUST had her first a few months ago. I think age finally caught up to her teeth. This is definitely one reason you're having more troubles as well, so it's not just the stuff you're eating.
Everyone's different, just as it's been mentioned numerous times.

Bright Red hair, some interesting piercings. Cute voice too. Ahh well, nice eye candy anyways. :)

Did she repack your hole?

Well, as Ive said.. Some days my teeth are super white and strong. Yet a few days later, they may look translucent and yellowed, and weak. Another week later they may be sparkling white again. This behavior isnt based on my tooth care, because I Never alter it. Always the same routine.
Its a combination of what nutritious things Ive ate, as well as what bad things I may have ate, which block the nutrients absorption.
After my discovery of this, Id found people on youtube talking about the very same thing.. re- nutrients / teeth.
I Doubt a Tooths age has anything to do with its strength. Just as your bones at age 25 could be weaker than a 50 yr old Martial Artists whom conditions (bashes) his bones often (creating a higher bone density).
The Bodys age however, can effect things. For example, the bodies efficiency may get worse as you age, increasing healing times, as well as maximum performance reductions.

Tell me about it. heh. What can we expect though? First we are injected with Mercury as babies. Then get Mercury tooth fillings on
top of that. As kids, we are tempted by a clown to eat garbage foods. Many of us breathing in 300 noxious chemicals from 2nd hand smoker parents. Then you go to school, and they serve you lunches of the worst quality, with 85% grease and fat. (& u wonder why so many kids have bad Acne break outs?) You grow up, and go to work... and the only places to get lunch are "Heart Attack Express", and "Artery Clogger Buffet". And all the while your breathing in toxins daily, in the heavily polluted air. (and my god, Imagine being reincarnated growing up in Beijing! Hard to believe anyone can breath at all over there)
With all these poisons, poor eating habits, and lack of good exercise... biological degradations are to be expected. No matter how good
of a fighter your body is, eventually, it will weaken under the strains, Corruption & Damages. Most especially around middle age, when
the body naturally starts to weaken.

Heh. Thanks lilshawn :)
Its starting to get smaller. But the odd thing Im dealing with now, is the suitures. They are popping up out almost an inch out of the
hole. They are difficult to press into the wound, and try to pack the bandage over and around them. Nobody mentioned this when I
was learning how to change the dressing.
Whats worse, is that the 1" wide bandage I need... The house nurses dont seem to carry, and cant get a hold of. They have
tried to give me like three different options so far, and none of them work.
One gauze pad, was so big 6x7" ... it stuck out 2" above the wound! The 2" square pads, kept falling out. They had me cut
down a 3" wide roll, but that resulted in the bandage edge fraying... and leaving threads inside me... that I later had to pull out with
a tweezer. ugg.
Tried to call the hospital today, and get the gauze directly. They then proceeded to try to call the home nurse, which I
explicitly explained that they cant get what I need. :banghead: They tell me some will get back to me. That was 2hrs ago.
I should have changed the dressing about 4 hrs ago...
:'(

I brush my teeth more times a day than most people lie to their denstists say they do. I still had issues. I spoke at length with a practitioner and she said people can actually get resistant bacteria that causes cavities from other people. (from kissing eew... sharing food, etc.) she suggested a few changes to my routine and a specific type of mouth rinse without alcohol and a toothpaste that didn't contain this chemical. Things are way better now.
i guess the particular chemical (along with alcohol and other things) is responsible as a foaming agent in them and it's not only bad for you, but doesn't kill bacteria like this resistant one and actually makes the problem worse since it now doesn't have to compete with other bacteria for food. Companies continue to use it because it's cheap.
I'll find my notes as to what it is/they are and post them up.
