The table shows that the 20 inch monitor has more height than the 23 inch wide as Mameshane noted above. 20 inch 4:3 is 12 inches high 23 inch 16:9 is 11.3 inches high |

What I having been toying with and i have no idea if its even possible is to, get a 27" wide screen, mount it vertically and have the top section of the screen as the marquee for each game and the lower section for the usual game display! |

I had this same dilemma I ended up getting a 24" LED LCD for around $100 I'm just running it in 4:3 mode and I'm going to crop the excess off with the bezel so you'll never know its a 16:9 tv in there. Plus the thing only weighs 6lbs and uses almost no electricity The viewable size is about 11.75" high. |

That's something i toyed with before getting a marquee monitor. It's definitely doable with lay files but will only work with mame afaik. |
