  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
Hi. I think maybe somebody could help my. I have a logitech driving force pro, but when i connect to computer, starts calibrate and can't enter in 900 degree mode; next green lights are blinking. See this video:  this is the error i have. As you can see lock engine always want to move backward. If i move lock engine with a finger or screwdriver as you can see in the video works ok, but i want repair it.
where could be the error? pcb board, engine...?
Thanks!

Most likely a mechanical issue.  Has this been taken apart?  If the rack that slides back and forth is off by one tooth it will fail calibration.  It sounds like something is slipping for a second.  Is there a tooth broken off a gear somewhere?  I remember seeing something online about aligning the gears o  a G27, but don't remember the details.  If you search for that info, it should apply to your wheel as well.

I have open the plastic cover.
There are no one tooth or anything broken.
The motor always try turn left (into 900 degree mode) in calibration mode. If i move right with my finger, it works ok but if i unplug from usb and plug again motor moves left and next try move left and left until green lights start blinking. The problem is the motor never moves right (as you can see in the video). Engine try moves left and stop because white plastic with tooth are in the top of the left, motor should move right, but never do it.
Sorry for my bad english.
Thanks.
