We had the same a few months back - the guy was having them made in Juarez and bringing them across the border to sell. (can't find the listing right now though)

We had the same thing here a few months back with the guy having them made in Juarez and bringing them over to sell - but can't find the listing anymore ( was probably filling the empty space in the barrels before crossing the border :dunno)
