Hello, is there any wireless options to turn on a PC? I would like to be able to turn on my Mame Machines with a remote. I think it would be a cool affect just like an arcade turning on. I currently have my machines set up with a power switch and a button push (micro switch running to the power of the PC). It would be nice to flip a master switch and then hit a remote button to turn them all on at once! Any suggestions? -SP |

They have remotes that plug into the wall outlet that should work for this for example this unit on Deal Extreme http://dx.com/p/wireless-remote-controlled-ac-power-adapter-set-110v-us-plug-59269 : |

You should be able to set your PC to turn on after a power loss. |

If everything other than the PC is run through a smart strip and the power button is triggered by the relay, it should work as you want. Example: http://www.amazon.com/Channel-Wireless-Control-Receiver-Momentary/dp/B00BQ842DG/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1363803485&sr=8-10&keywords=remote+momentary+relay Disclaimer: I have not tried this. |
