I would check around to find out where the game is supposed to save and manually make a save file.  You can probably download one off the net.

Already tried this.  Ran it on my Windows 7 64-bit system, saved the files.  Copied them via USB drive to my arcade machine running Windows XP 64-bit.  Didn't work.

Quick update:  There is hope at the end of the tunnel.  Capcom finally contacted me (after filing a complaint with the BBB).  They are working with me to troubleshoot the issue (first step is to provide them a DXDIAG output on the Win XP 64-bit OS machine.

Stay tuned!

I just wanted to give you guys an update.

I responded back to Capcom (via their support link) after they contacted me.  Here's what I wrote:

Attached are files related to not being able to run
SFxT with Windows XP 64-bit.
1) DxDiag 64 bit XP.txt
2) Screenshot 1.jpg
3) Screenshot 2.jpg

When first running the game, Screenshot 1 pops up.
If you select YES, then Screenshot 2 pops up. If you
select OK, then Screenshot 1 pops up. Never ending loop.

Fingers crossed.  I will keep you guys posted on what happens next.   :dunno

I suggest you all create tickets of your own to state that it doesn't work with Windows XP 64-bit.  Here's the link:  https://www.fuzeqna.com/capcomsupport/consumer/question.asp
