Dust proof/resistant pushbuttons?

Donkey_Kong:

Does anyone know where to get dustproof push buttons? I would prefer one of our local BYOAC vendors, if possible. If not whats the next best place to check for purchase online?

I want to do some arcade style push buttons to jog my cnc around and it will be a very dusty environment.

I'd stick with industrial dust proof buttons when dealing with a CNC machine... last thing you want is to be jogging the machine and have a button stick on ya. ;)  Losing control of a CNC machine could really ruin your day, end mill, part, or the ability to pick your nose!   ;)

Donkey_Kong:

Not a bad plan. Do you know where to get that type of item?

Unstupid:

You can find em at grainger for a couple of bucks...  Even better than dust proof, what I'd really suggest is using Flush pushbuttons.  These would feep you or someone else from accidentally pushing them:
