DWJukebox in Win7
« on: February 24, 2013, 12:22:29 am »
I have for the first time tried DWJukebox in Win7, and it does not work properly. It's ok for the first 10 to 15 min but the songs start stuttering.
Anyone experienced this??

I do have fairly new PC (New within the last year) running a 3.4ghz CPU and 16 gig ram.

Are you using the current version or some older version?  I've run DWJukebox under Windows 7 without any problems.  Are you using a screensaver with pictures?

Is something else under Windows kicking in at 15 minute intervals?  DWJukebox needs the full attention of the CPU and does not like to share --- at all.

I'm doing a lot of things on my PC when using DWJukebox, as my main hobby takes a lot of time and effort.
This was no problem when i was using WinXP, but after upgrading to Win 7, it is. :(

Looks like I have to make a dedicated Jukebox  ::)
