Yeah... no way to get this one down to two sheets so I just threw the parts anywhere, really. This is for the same local that wants the other full size.

I was going to say that it looks like you could squeeze it down to at most 2 1/2 sheets, if you oriented the rear pieces sideways, or modified their dimensions to fit... Just my two cents.

Yeah, my cnc guy handles the nesting, and he'll cut extra kits from the leftovers of there is enough room. He'll cut one of the popular ones if there is space

ok, you gotta tell me, i bought my first melamine board today, got it in 5/8 and 3/4 in mdf core....

This stuff is like handling glass, you cant set it down on a edge at all or it chips, do you have the same problem with the particle board core?

Haven't had any complaints, 50 some orders in. Of course, I also offer any material the customer wants. I just made a really nice Nintendo in a cabinet grade Baltic birch.

Customers seem to appreciate not having to paint. Or laminate.

One thing i've learned is once you cut the piece, immediately iron on the edge banding, that keeps the edges from scraping the ground.

It's not very saw friendly, router or cnc cuts it nice though.

One time builds, i agree with the laminate approach, but when your doing a cabaret of builds the laminating gets old really quick. What really pisses you off is laminating and then chipping that, after all that hard work.
