OK, some more measurements, this time using some good shots of a partially deconstructed cab from an old post in another forum.
This is a tempest cabaret, and I choose to show this for it's differences:
Please note the items circled in red. This piece is not in my cabinet and appears to never have been part of it's construction. I believe it to be the lighting mounting plate for the marquee, since the centipedes never had that as an option. Personally, I wouldn't need it, since I have better options for lighting than original, but maybe a single board for the option would not be a bad idea. would add strength to the cab, as well.
Here is what I heard about the tempest and other cabarets with vector tubes having additional venting for the heat they produce. That is the upper rear panel. My centipede is to the right. I think the standard kit should include the panel from the tempest cab instead.
PLEASE let me know if you need any further measurements. As far as construction, I would try for partially pocketed like your other designs, the top, monitor board, and anything else with the exception of front and back panels could be done this way, even some of the blocking strips could be pocketed for added strength. Hope these are helpful in completing your model.
