These are taken from his plan pictures he posted, inverted so its black lines on white, and scaled up.  The lines are a little yucky, but that why you cover them with art.
If you're replying to a troll you are part of the problem.
I also need to follow this advice. Ignore or report, don't reply.

Just a suggestion but you might want to change them to 300PPI instead of 72 --- figure if they are being used for artwork you'll want at least a 300PPI final image and some users may not realize they need to adjust it before drawing up the art for printing. Also if you want to clean up the holes if using a 300PPI image using a brush size of 338 pixels will place a 1-1\8" Diameter circle with a single mouse click where desired.

OK here you go (Note : don't have one to verify sizing is correct so if someone could test print and verify dimensions prior to using as a template - just to make sure it would be helpful for others !!:

Had a bit of time so went ahead and did the sides also in case others needed them -- Just need someone to print a test copy and verify the dimensions are correct (went by the 21.43 inchx18.6 measurements in the posted files and added a 1\2 inch border around the oputside - so they should be correct but would be best to get confirmation before using for sending out for final printing !! (IE> Use at your own risk as I do not have a panel to test the dimensions are correct so PLEASE print a test print to verify before investing $$ for printing art using them !!)

I'm having a fit issue with a mag stik plus on the 2 player-

With the stik "installed" it will hit the 2 buttons on the admin panel, not letting the control panel sit forward enough.

You may have to find shorter barrel buttons to place there.

I just emailed paradise arcade for some length measurements.  They sell short and long (standard) barrel buttons but don't list the dimensions on their site.  Hopefully the pics will help the next noob when choosing parts!

I workaround this problem with these black washers,  they're about 6 or 7mm wide.  You get these with the thinner LED button sets.  Can be adapted for regular buttons by cutting of the lip on the inside.

I was just about to post the exact same issue with the 2player bartop

I would recommend flipping the admin panel on the 2 players so the button slots are not in front of the joysticks.

My 2 player admin panel is the other config.  Inspired by degenatrons washers, I cut a piece of 1 1/4 pvc pipe to use as washers.  Paradise arcade sells short barrel buttons that are 54mm instead of the 60mm standard ones.  I don't think the 6mm would have solved the problem though.

I feel the pain here,  I use Degenatrons plans for scratch builds and Jstik/button placement drives me out of my mind.

Your gonna have to modify your plans to lengthen the height of the CP to push the Jstiks further up to accomodate those buttons, most folks use the standard long barrell buttons.

I started putting buttons on the sides.

I would think 80mm should be big enough to support any jstik and still give you room for your buttons.

Oh yeah, gonna get me that nintendo looking genius contraption you done went off and designed  :)

This directed at me?  Whatchoo talkin' 'bout?

As for the admin buttons, I used short barrels on mine, not sure where I got them from, they were in my parts bucket.

Ultimarc gold leaf buttons look short, but I don't have a measurement for those.  Naturally, I can adjust plans a bit so this is less of a headache for future buyers.

I just had something similar to this done recently.  The printed recommended a 3/4" bleed line and a 3/4 padding/cut line.

So what you would have is 3 shapes, 1 inside the original and 1 outside of the original....

Decent results.....

Hey, you've got a nice selection of bartops !

I'm especially interested in the upcoming viewlix-shaped one !

I designed it to fit a 17" Dell LCD, rotated of course.  1708fb is a good one as it's meant to be rotated.

Kit is $180 shipped, add $10 for slot cutting.

Plenty of room in the vertical, I would think a decased xbox would be fine.
