Wow!  Nice Job!  Not sure if I am beating that.  :notworthy:  I can beat that score on the easy setting, but no way I can do it on medium.  The bats that come out in a group multiple times in the first castle are ruthless.   I'll give it a few more goes, b ut that is going to be hard to beat.

One thing I did notice, the first time I fired this up for the competition, I changed the difficulty to medium, but didn't reset the game and was posting scores of 600K+.  I didn't realize the difficulty didn't reset until I reloaded the game.

Good Luck to everyone!

Ya, I did check mine when it booted up and it was already in medium dipswitch mode.   That must be the default, since I don't think I ever even looked at the dip settings until today.

Those bats are awful (I assume you mean the ones that swarm you right after the swinging vines over fire pit).  It's best to not try to race to beat them down that rope but fight them in that chamber.  Jump and attack down when they float up toward you from the bricks. You can kill them piecemeal before descending down that long chain.  Someone else earlier posted that when you jump and swing it does more dmg than when you stand.  This is not good for bats, but for a lot of gladiator-type enemies in the castles.

Nice!  I'm probably not touching that.  The cheap bats and jumps fill me with much rage and can only do a few games before I have to walk away.   :lol
