Just wanted to say that I am very pleased with this company.
Early last Monday (Dec 31, 2012), I placed an order for an led light bar.
I also ordered the plug/wire for it.
I also ordered 3 mounting clips for the led strip, or at least i thought I did.
I put qty of 3 in the form (or at least I think I did), but somehow it reverted back to qty 1 when I checked out.
Of course I didnt notice it until I finalized my order.
When I got the email confirmation, I noticed it then.
I really needed at least two of the clips, didnt see how I could mount it with just one.
I sent them an email and asked if they could throw in a couple of clips, which I knew they didnt have to, since it plainly says to double check your order before pressing the final button.
They did throw the two clips in (0.25 each), and I pay pal'd them the extra 50 cents.
If I would have had to place another order, the shipping would have been much higher than the two clips, so I think this company went above and beyond what it was bound to do just to please the customer.
And I like this in a company.
The prices were very reasonable, shipping wasnt real bad, and it got here today (Jan 4, 2013), so even with a holiday in there it shipped in 5 days.
Everything arrived in good shape and the led bar works great.
I will definitely buy from them again.
I know I saw an ad for them at one time on here, but I couldnt find it before I placed the order. I did tell them I found them from BYOAC.com, and the day after I placed the order, I saw the ad pop up on here, so maybe it helped you a little bit Saint.
