HI I have had this jukebox about 2 years,it has played perfectly up till last week.when the problem started. After selecting the records, the arm is moving towards the start of the record, but then suddenly jumps further on, and so misses the start. Have you any ideas as to why this is happening?
Yours Tony

Hello Tony,
Check that the Tone Arm Cam is not broken, also that the two pins on the end of the tone arm that follow the tone arm cam are infact there and that one of the pins has not broken off, also check that the tone arm wiring is not binding causing the issue.
Regards
Alan

Hi Alan,
thanks for the info, I have checked the cam, and the pins, and both are ok, it could possibly be the wiring, so any advice as to where I can get new wiring if needed.
Regards Tony
