| Help. Can't get 60 in 1 to work with my CGA monitor. |

This is my first post, so please be gentle with me. I'm converting a Phoenix jamma cab into a 60 in 1 but when I installed the board the screen is all lines. The sound works perfect and if I can hear the sounds while moving the stick around. I see colors flashing but it's like the vertical hold needs to get tweaked. I double checked and the CGA monitor works perfectly with the old Phoenix jamma board. I know this has to be something simple but there is no one out there that I know to ask. Please Obi-wan, you're my only hope. |

It appears to be running out of sync. There should be a dip switch to run at CGA or VGA. Is it in CGA mode? |

In the 4 bank dip switch, switch 2 should be off for CGA if this is the board you have. http://www.jammaboards.com/arcade_manuals/60-in-1_iCade_Classic_Arcade_Manual_Online.pdf |

Yes, all the dip switches are off, meaning switch two is set to CGA |

That could also just be adjustments. I have never had an X in 1 board that didn't require extensive monitor adjustments before it displayed correctly on a CGA monitor. I actually had to put a width cap in one 19 in 1 machine because the thing outputted so wicked narrow that I couldn't get the image adjusted any closer than an inch from the sides. |
