hi, can anybody please show me how to connect my coin acceptor to my usb on my laptop |
| M.Lanza:
You need to be more specific. Do you have an encoder? |
| tonybatch63:
no i don't just have the coin accepter and laptop |
| M.Lanza:
Your coin acceptor should have a microswitch. The microswitch in the coin acceptor works the same way as a microswitch on an arcade button or joy stick. If you want to connect your coin acceptor to your pc, you will need an encoder. there are many different kinds. Wire encoder to microswitch, connect encoder to usb port. http://wiki.arcadecontrols.com/wiki/Encoders |

They still need to be attached to an encoder, but there is likely no microswitch. |
