Left flipper base plate from a CONGO....

Usually, one or both of the Coil Stop Cap Srews shear off flush with the plate. 

This is a first for me...

I've seen that happen several times over the years on those base plates.

I've seen it on removable coil stops quite a few times.  Just snaps off at the bend.
