| Can anyone identify this large power supply? |

The old bowling cabinet I bought this past January is being MAMEd, and I was curious if anyone could identify this large power supply and what games it was usually used in. It has a lot of outputs on it. I don't think it is original to this game or cabinet since only a couple of the outputs were actually used and it has LOTS! Thanks. |

I don't think that power supply was designed for arcade games, probably designed for something else, as it has a manufacture date of 1985 and has voltages on it that no games were using by 1985. |

Thanks guys. I just was wary of throwing it out, as it appears to work properly, and I'd hate to toss out a hard-to-find part if someone needs it. It's just so darned big that I'd rather go with other power options for any projects it could be useful for. |

If it's a linear supply (big heavy transformer), it may be worth something at the local scrap lot. There's a fair bit of copper in it in the windings, and of course the iron core is salvageable. |
