Can you adjust the connection so that the pot is maxed when the gearing is maxed? You using 5k pots?
Maximus:
Just checked yeah they are 5k so they are good maybe they need a bit of break in or will be better when everything is bolted in place. I'm being delicate with it while the CP isn't all torqued down

Turns out there is a calibration screen in the setup menu but I can't get to it (see below). Tested a bit more though and its not far off really so I think I'm on the right track.
The thing I have noticed though is that there is no player two start button wiring. The two handlebar buttons were bridged so they both fire the same command which is just player one. Also I noticed that there is wiring for a third pot in the harness. Now I need to work out where player two start is on the pin block and run a line for it. Without player 2 start you can't move through the screens on the setup menu and of course cannot have a two player game.

Player two start now fixed and the yolk is working properly, game plays perfectly. Now its just a matter of touch up, t molding, art and the super special secret awesome extra bit >:D.
