The old handlebar wiring harness is pretty thrashed so I'm going to make a new one and put it in spiral shielding

More laminate pattern making. This is the really tough one
Making an offset trace by using a fixed length marker, in this case the tape on the ruler.
Making sure the offset marker is square I'm marking off all the points that make the shape
Join them all together and this should give me an accurate copy of the lines of the cabinet.

Sand the edge so its flush with the cabinet wood, ready to use this to make my laminate pieces for each side.

The hard part is done, the whole front and sides of the cab are totally laminated top to bottom . the back door is already done so I just have a few basic back panels to do and then the whole wood refurb will be complete
