Hey there Maximus, that sucks! I'm glad we don't have those kind of problems here in Japan. The service industry here is very CUSTOMER FIRST oriented. If the shop makes a mistake they own up to it without payment and most of the time they throw in a little extra to get you to come back. I don't think that it has ever been like that in the US.
Good lord man, how many projects are you juggling? I am just finishing up 11 of 13 projects we started maybe a year and a half ago. I am always happy to end a project, but it isn't long before the urge to start anew hits me again.
The guys I work on these projects with always seem to make smartas&'% comments about how I go about things. Reminds me of a comment from the Steven King movie Christine, "Look how cock-eyed he works! He's got... brand new windshield wipers for a busted windshield."
Heh heh, hey if my process gets the job done lets not complain about the road I take.
But, hey man, if you need me to send out some customer support ninjas to handle this guy let me know >:D
