Gray_Area:
Coin-Op Space is a sort of combination of here and KLOV, in a blog format. While lots of people there are collectors, there's little to no MAME-hate. The format, and intent I'm sure, is more personable - and of course 'share-able'.

A fairly old and now pretty obscure place is Petes-Emulation.com . Of course, there's MAMEWorld. There's the place that Darth Nuno frequents....  The arcade community is small enough that other than the big four either fade into obscurity/die out, or acquire a small die-hard set.

Oh, there's also Arcade Crusade. For example, Frizzlefried's arcade: http://www.asshatarcade.com/

There's an Aussie one called aussiearcade.com.au . Obviously an arcade bent, but covers all things arcadey and console related. It is THE place to go if you are into pinball. The guys there know ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- no one else seems to, anywhere in the world. Top advice, repro plastics, even complete repro motherboards emanate from there. Most of the international members there joined to get advice on pinball.

Ever wonder where those threads go that aren't good enough to stay in the main forum, and aren't bad enough to go to post hell?

Yeah - that's the place.

with Alex the seal of course
