Does anyone here do this? I have decased my computer and want to sleeve all the cables. Not sure if I want to do it myself or have someone do it for me. I'm located in Oklahoma City, OK.

Thanks

If you go DIY, Walmart has spiral wrap like this in their automotive section IIRC.

Not as pretty as the mesh, but very easy to do and inexpensive.

This is something that you should do yourself. If you have some UV lighting, you can get UV reactive sleeving and have it glow! Plenty of online sites with sleeve options.

When I repaired the wiring in my first vehicle, this is what it had and I absolutely hated it. It serves its purpose but after working with it within the first hour, you'll curse the bastard who invented it. When I did the same work on my 2nd vehicle, I opted for the split tubing. Not as secure in some situations though.

Fortunately it only took a few minutes to wrap the wires on my PSU.   :lol

The one advantage of the spiral wrap is that you only need 2 zip ties per segment, where the split tubing needs them every 4-6 inches.

I can see how using the spiral wrap on a car -- not being able to easily unplug wires,  the awkward angles, and space limitations could cause you to  but a PSU is much easier.
