A comment like that from a doctor, following a death in which obvious cancer was not disclosed, would lead to the largest malpractice settlement in the history of Earth. 




After watching someone die of colon cancer I'll gladly bite a stick and deal with the exam.  Whatever it takes to avoid ending up like that.
