Sorry, no such luck.  There are 57 reviews on Amazon, though.

Yeah, I started looking at a couple of them, and the HDMI - Component adapters (that actually seem to work) seem to go for $70-$90.

However, I've seen VGA-Component adapters with 5 star reviews go for $40 ish, and I'm sure i can find a recent graphics card with VGA + DVI + HDMI out, so that may be how I have to do it.

I believe all newer gpus will require an external VGA,hdmi, etc convert or box to use component out. I had the same dilemma and this was the info I found out. Issue is that everything is digital these days, so I believe the current video cards lack on board digital to analog convertors. The dongles  you pictured/mentioned will only work on older video cards that had a native TV out hookup. Which looks like an s-video plug minus a few pins, which is an analog source' , so then you can use a single to adapt to svideo, component, composite. So in conclusion, new video card= using an external digital to analog box, older card w/TV out= single. Hope this helps, and saves you some headache of buying something that doesn't work. I'm currently using an all in wonder at I x1800xl, runs all my name cab games fine. There are x1900xt all in wonders floating around on eBay that would run most name cab, emu stuff for cheap.
