Parental control software recommendations?
Dervacumen:
Time for me to get some. Are there any packages that don't require an annual license? Any suggestions from those of you who have use different packages?
I'm mostly concerned about funky You Tube videos with bad language at this point, but in a year I'm sure I'll need to really tighten down search results. You never know what's going to come up if you type something like "Cute Boys" or some such seemingly innocent thing.
Well Fed Games:
I personally use one called Safe Eyes (http://www.internetsafety.com/safe-eyes-parental-control-software.php), but yeah, yearly cost.

Yeah, the daughter was looking for "cute puppies" on youtube and wound up seeing a lot of things she shouldn't have...

it's pretty good, parent settable, and free.
Dawgz Rule:
OpenDNS is pretty good although I don't know how well it will work on specific YouTube videos.
