What annoys Star Wars fans?

Le Chuck:
Americans playing with dollies is perfectly acceptable but perhaps our brothers in the great white north are not as liberated. Closet doll playing is likely commonplace.

lilshawn:
"Great white north" people play with snow in their igloos doncha know.

You are missing the point, collectors don't play with their collection. People who collect model cars don't play with them, they display them. It's like having a nice little museum of stuff. That's not embarrassing, if done right people actually envy you.

And it's not wrong to do it for the people that do, but stop with the barbie thing. We are talking about Star Wars related stuff here, incl. collecting their action figures.

Actually I know lots of people up here in Canada that have collections, and they have all types of things. Figures, toys stamps, dolls, model cars/planes, etc. You name it, they have it.  And people up here don't hide their collections from others, seems you US people do though. Being so ashamed of your barbies and all. :lol

shmokes:
You can't possibly be Canadian. Look how antagonistic you are! Here I am, embracing your perfectly legal choice to play with dolls well into adulthood, and you just keep throwing my friendly overtures in my face.

You know what I am saying about the difference between collecting and playing, Eh. Or maybe you don't know what I mean, Eh. I think a 5 year old would understand the difference between collecting and playing with all the ways I explained it, but you just didn't want to see/hear the difference, Eh.  :banghead:

Right now I would have to say you had a bad experience with collecting, maybe someone told you that you were too old for it and it shattered your self image, Eh. That bothers me that it happens to people like you, they can't enjoy collecting anymore, Eh. Well anyway just go search some stuff like adults who collect Star Wars (or any other line of) action figures and see how many there are, Eh. You will be surprised that they aren't all nerds who live in their mothers basement, Eh.  ::)

Anyway I guess if it's not arcade or :censored: related it's too much for you members here to grasp, typical non-Canadians, Eh. I will be back when I need ideas for repairing leaf switches or making Atari to NES adapters, Eh. See ya all later, Eh!   :laugh2:
