Nvidia 8800GT problem
« on: July 07, 2012, 08:54:34 am »
Alright, so i've been searching this forum for some answers, and i really didnt get any way with the answers.

So yeah, i've bought an arcade machine with pre installed Mame in it..now i want to put a new mame machine in it..but problem is..i might think the graphic card is to "advanced" for the monitor to pick up. I have a Nvidia 8800Gt in this new one, and on start up i have a split screen. Normally on the original machine that came with it, this was just a problem at start up. Then the screen would go back to normal full screen. But on my new one i just cant seem fix this problem. Is it a Video card problem, or is it just settings i need to configure? I use a VGA to DVI converter since the card doesnt have VGA.

Help? hehe

**ops, just noticed i posted this in the Maximus Arcade part, when it probably should be in the video/monitor part**
