How do I get Emu Loader working

Kinda new to the MAME scene, I heard EMU loader is a great FE for windows 98 and MAME 32. I downloaded it and it asked me to locate a "M.A.M.E executable". I'm assuming that it is looking for the "mame32.exe" file but when i select that file and click OK i get a "Executable 1 is not valid" message. can anyone help me figure out what I am doing wrong.

Any other Front end suggestions are welcome too (looking for something simple, efficient, and fast)
