2. Don't work around the profanity filter
« on: June 04, 2012, 12:37:43 pm »
I'm all for busting balls around here, but I thought the profanity filter was in place for a reason.  I don't mind someone screwing around with the user formerly known as Le Chuck but putting the following in place of his user name isn't following the rules:

Quote
I demand admin rights so I can f*ck with your name too

I don't mind the language but it's not the best to be on my work computer when others glance at it.  I'm sure I'm not the only one in that regard.

Any help on this one Saint?

My bad man, don't want to get you in a bind at work.  Would be nice if my name wasn't getting changed all the time without my consent.  One would think that the admins would have better things to do than to ---fudgesicle--- with a user publicly like that. That said, I posted that name in response to an admin name change so the fault lies with me.

For the first time in a few weeks somebody other than me changed my name back to Le Chuck so I guess it had the intended effect.  Again, sorry for any inconvenience you or anyone else may have suffered.

Ive been traveling the last week, but more importantly I haven't changed anyone's name in years. I'll look into it when I get home.

. . .  the best to be on my work computer when others glance at it.

Something could be said here about not spending recreational site time while at work.

But not by me, I don't care.  8) >:D

My bad, I thought it was the man messing with you.  Disregard.
