u can as pointed out use an old ide cable

As mentioned above, we supply the header housings with the board, but the wires are separate, in packs of 10. These wires are not required if you are using our RGB LEDs because these already have connectors/wiring attached so plug directly into the board, not requiring the housings or wires.

Someday I plan to go through Nephasth's threads and put together a shopping list of decent tools and a stockpile of connectors.
If you ever want to make a wiring guide, at least one person would use it. ;)
I'm used to working with bigger wires (16-18ga) and autmotive connectors.
I saw the error in my ways when trying to squeeze the view button panel back into place on my new driving cab dash.
5 buttons, 5 lights, & a tight space; the thickness of the wires and connectors became an issue. :-\
