I've visited his site many times and finally ordered a flight stick as the price was much better than ordering through Happ or anywhere else. I placed the order last Sat morning and got it Thurs (could have gotten here Wed, didn't check the mail.)
He was very responsive to my email questions and very polite. And, I'm very HAPPy with my new flight stick.
I would order through Gary in the future.

^had a similar experience, but not much on the communication.  I sent an email for a follow up and did not receive anything, however, I did receive the joysticks within a business day of sending the update.  Packaged pretty well, and everything appears to be in new, good working order.

Significantly cheaper ordering Happ comps from here than any other vendor due to the fixed shipping cost.

I have been ordering Ipacs from Divemaster since 2006.  Never had an issue.  I only shop from him to get my PC interfaces.

Great vendor!  People complain about shipping time, but he is very consistent from my experience.  He ships every Saturday, from the very middle of the US.  Now you know, so no crying when you get your stuff Tuesday or Wednesday after your order.  Just enjoy the money you saved, including the cheap shipping on ultimarc products.
