The one of the American putting his chi(?) into another. I think it was on Spike? It's the same episode where it shows the same "catching" a blade in mid-swing wearing a pair of Shuko.

xiaou is right though. I posted a pic of a beat up rugby player after trying to find a beautiful picture by a high speed photo pioneer. It was of a rugby ball as it was just being kicked, and it looked nothing like a rugby ball in that instant.

I used to watch time warp on tv all the time. It is crazy what some stuff looks like at ultra high speed.  After hitting a ball,  a baseball bat bends at like a 35 degree angle.
