It occurred to me that I never created a 'Vendor' thread in B/S/T, so here it is - only a few years late.

Ordered some Tokens on Monday afternoon. Got tracking # tuesday evening, and was updated at every step of the process. Ordered, Processed, Shipped, Tracking #.
More vendors need to follow this example of great communication.

Better customer service for a $30 order than I've had for $5K orders.

possibly a stupid question: do i need to replace anything in my current coin-op that is setup for quarters in order to use these? quarters are 24.26mm.

Anyone order recently? I've been trying but once i get to the shipping info part of checkout and click continue, it just brings me back to the shipping info page again. All my info is correctly entered!

I think the business is dead. I've tried messaging the owner through his website and PM on here and haven't gotten a response. Must not be interested in selling tokens anymore :-( It's too bad because his tokens are some of the nicest I've seen around.

I actually got my order to go through. Took a few emails but did receive a response. The got my tokens about a week later. I would order more but I do believe he's busy with other things. So I would say its not dead, yet. Keep trying to reach him. Keep us informed on your progress, I may order more.

Holy crap I'm sorry!

Bunch of stuff happened at once -
a) My mother in law has been very ill for the last 7 weeks and the family is crazy busy covering hospital stays
1) USPS changed the API and broke the shipping part of my store
z) my full time job is extremely busy right now

So the net of it is I am behind in most of my email, website maintenance, and keeping up with forums. I will try to get to everyone tonight. I can process manual paypal orders until I fix the store.
