If I had it to do over again though I would have gone with the DeWalt DW618PK set. In fact, I will have to do it all over again because this winter I am building myself a CNC machine and relegating the Craftsman router to it  :)

Did you ever build your CNC machine?

CPO Tools has a sale going on now for reconditioned tools. Good across all their reconditioned lines (Bosch, DeWalt, PC, and so on). If you haven't ordered from any of the CPO stores before, you can sign up for their email list (should get a notice when you first access the site) for another coupon code for free shipping. You can stack codes, too.

$15 off orders of $100 or more; $25 off orders of $200 or more: SAVERECON

I ordered the Porter Cable fixed-base router below; shipped for $99.99.

More of a heads-up than a sale notification. I asked my local Lowes (i'm in the states btw) out of curiosity if they would take competitors coupons on items.
After speaking with the manager for a minute, they said they would allow it one time for me.

They accepted a 25% off anything harbor freight coupon.
After it was all said and done it was 30% a $599 table saw; so it came out just around $450.  Lowes card took off another 5%.

The person that told me about this said Home depot used to do this as well, so may be worth a shot just to ask on any next big purchase.

Thats good to know. Thanks for that.

I will add also that they will take 10% off for us Military Vets. They have also let me stack that on other sales or discounts. Not much but it will add up.
