FWIW, the led in the power button will only be on when the computer is on.  If you wanted the LED to remain lit whether the computer was on or not, that would require a DC source for the LED separate from the computer PSU.

Yaksplat - I appreciate your tutorials.  The "Wiring up the main power switch" one is actually fun to read which is no mean feat.

The best part is when I read them I hear Ron Swanson.   :cheers:
