So I'm thinking that I can just switch the coin mechs out and get new blank doors.  I already had that thought that I could just route my hole really carefully but I'm not convinced that the hinge will look very good just mounted on the outside there.

I did one with a missing bezel/frame before. It was the sort of thing that was easy to spot if you looked for it, but otherwise it didn't stand out. This is of course assuming a black door on a black cabinet.

I'll vouch for The Arcade Boneyard. I've used the site twice in the past to get parts I needed for a coin door, too.

Well that's an over/under door and you just have the "over" part.  Unfortunately I'm out of that style, I would have just sent you a spare frame if it was the other kind.  ;)

Actually looking at my box-o-junk since I posted this, All I've got left is a nintendo door, some vintage 70's pinball doors and over/under parts.  No frames unfortunately.  Sorry I couldn't be of any help.

The boneyard is a good source they sell good stuff.

If you want to really get a deal though, just be patient with ebay.  My original box of coin doors, which I got 10 years ago, had like 6 doors in it plus parts.  I paid like 50 bucks for them and I've STILL got parts left over.  The key to getting a good deal is to ignore cosmetic wear.

People will sell you a door cheap because it has some rust or scratches.  The thing is, these things are made of thick steel, so as long as there aren't any dents, a quick sanding and little spray paint and most doors look factory fresh.  My box had two "good" doors with a bunch of "crap" ones thrown in.  Since I re-finished them, I've found that the ones I repainted look even better than the ones that didn't need any work.
