Minor update:  I never got the Doyel 96-in-1 card to work properly (Doyle responded to one email and then went radio silent), so I yanked it, sold it, and replaced it with a BitKit and Eyes harness adapter.  Better in every way, highly recommended.

Unfortunately I was not able to get my transportation logistics together, and did not get the Kickman to SFGE. Maybe next year...
