Autoexec!

I'm haveing trouble with the autoexec.  I have looked and looked and only found examples that were too simple (ie "add the line C:/arcadeos......" )  or examples that were too complicated (ie virtual menues with options to start windows, check to see if things shut down properly etc...).  I was just wondering if someone could post a good autoexec that startes arcadeos from pure dos, and shuts the computer down on exit.  I am using a SB128, but I think I can figure out what to put in in terms of driver loading.  Any help is MUCH appreciated...
