Co-Worker put in his 2 weeks, he's the guy who got me this job! So knowing hes a huge Ninja Turtles fan, I made him this. It took about 6 hours, figuring out the pattern, and how to make it with only 4 peg boards took the most amount of time.

Its based on this sprite:

Too cool! My kids and I used to really enjoy doing that. Ours were never that nice though.
