3d Arcade Help

I'm trying to get this Emulaxian/3d Arcade front end up and running. Not the easiest one to run for sure!

Right after the start up screen appears, I get a "director player" error/script error. Any ideas? For what it's worth, I have RealPlayer Plus installed.

you probably have other stuff besides w3d files in the models subdir...only the unzipped w3d files should be in there...delete the readme's etc. after unzipping them in there....
