I decided to upgrade my computer. I was using emu crt + arcadeVGA 1 + XP 32-bit and worked great on this MS9-29 29" monitor @ 15khz (NOT using ArcadeVGA drivers)
I build a whole new PC, fresh install of Windows XP 64. I downloaded and installed crt_emudriver_9.3_1.2a_x64_multisync.rar because the video card I'm using now is a PCI-e connected to a JPAC and then to JAMMA connector. The video card is an ATI Radeon 4350.
When the PC starts up, the screen is split in 1/2, showing 2 BIOS screens (common for JPAC - it converts 31khz to 15khz this way). Same is true for the XP logo. But when PC switches to (I assume 640x480) the screen remains black (but on) but the JPAC no longer shows "SYNC OK" LED.
If I uninstall the driver (using remote desktop) and reboot, I see the desktop, but split. I install the driver, the PC reboots, same problem. I can get into the computer using remote desktop, but not using the arcade monitor. I even ran VMMaker with the same ini that worked perfectly before (using the MS9-29 settings posted in another thread here).
I played with the h sync pot on the monitor, but that didn't do anything either. For some reason, I don't believe 640x480x60i is being sent to the monitor. If I take the computer out of the arcade machine and plug it to a regular PC monitor, I can see it fine.
