New DWJ skin from LHUPATECH: LHUPATECH WBA 200-CW WS
« on: January 23, 2012, 08:06:49 pm »
There is the improved version of the "CX" previous version. This one has got numerous improvements in the conception and has 6 lighting effects plus realistic sound effects
according to a Wurlitzer 5250 wallbox! This skin is conceived to adapt especially this wallbox but can adapt all 200 selection alphanumeric analogic (with the missing "I" and "O" in the alphabet on the selector keyboard).

PRESENTATION OF THE DW JUKEBOX SKIN PROJECT

The present skin is the wide screen version of the LHUPATECH's 4-3 screen custom made DW Jukebox skin named "Scanlog III Wurlitzer
FW 160-161 Selection Wallbox Adaptor WLHS 160" released in 2009 especially for a french guy! then, it was totally redesigned in a wide
screen version with a new user interface design, 6 lighting effects and realistic wallbox sound effects resulting of a compendium
of 6 skins! That's the sixth DW Jukebox wide screen skin by LHUPATECH!... Enjoy!

FEATURES OF THE "LHUPATECH 200 Selection Wallbox Adaptor WBA 200-CW WS" SKIN

 - Wide screen
 - Dedicated to adapt any old analogic 200 selection alphanumeric wallbox especially Wurlitzer 5250!
 - Realistic imaging, Wurlitzer 5250 wallbox sound effects!
 - Available in 6 lighting effects resulting of a compedium of 6 skins!
 - Only .bmp (Bitmap) imaging used instead regular LHUPATECH's .png imaging for the most reliable wide screen image quality experience!
 - Featuring the whole wallbox selecting panel i-e "index" on one full wide screen for easy wallbox selecting system monitoring!

AN INSPIRATION OF "PRE-WAR" EUROPEAN RADIOS", 50's 7-UP SODA FOUNTAIN AND "WURLITZER 5250" WALLBOXES!

You should notice the Wurlitzer wallbox 5250 inspiration in that skin! You should also notice a certain inspiration of an old 50's
or 60's 7-Up soda fountain with the white-green design effects and the lighted heading! Also, a "Grundig", "Telefunken", "Philips" or
"Nordmende" Pre-War european radios inspiration is noticable on the user interface with four large push buttons and centered switchgear
at the bottom of the skin! So, if you are an Apple enthousiast, you should notice a certain "touch" of "imac" with the white in that skin
especially at the bottom of the skin!

SOUND EFFECTS USED FOR THE SKIN PROJECT

So, all the sound effects were built according to the sounds of such old mechanism wallboxes! On this version of the "LHUPATECH 200 Wallbox
Adaptor WBA 200-CW" skin, features realistic "Wurlitzer 5250" switchboard sound! The invalid button selecting alarm features a buzzer sound effect.
This features also the wallbox reinitializing mechanism and record play sound effects with a "clean-cut" with no "scratches" record begining
with a clear "pop" as the tone arm touches the surface of a "brand new" record! You should either notice that you will ear only the selecting
buttons, wallbox reinitializing mechanism and the record "pop" sound effect, not the jukebox mechanism sound effect... That's a wallbox!...
LHUPATECH hopes that you'll love it!

TEMPLATE USED FOR THE SKIN PROJECT

Wurly Numeric skin by HoundDog63 - April 12, 2008 (Made especially for wide screens)
So, LHUPATECH works only on HoundDog63's DW Jukebox skin templates for his 16-9 screen DW Jukebox
skin projects for the precision image of these templates! Until june 2010, LHUPATECH has built
only 4-3 screen skins whatever for PDFJS or DW Jukebox because LHUPATECH hasen't wide screen
monitors to work on wide screen skin projects!

CREDITS

Special thanks to HoundDog63 for the bright idea to build 16-9 (wide screen) skins for DW Jukebox! Either,
LHUPATECH (Me), would like to thank him for the use of his wide screen DW Jukebox skin templates in my wide screen projects!
Special thanks to Ray Larabie (Ray Larabie Fonts) for the redistributable free .ttf font so called
"FakeReceipt": a particular "dot matrix" font that matches perfectly any LHUPATECH's DW Jukebox skin
do be redistributed all over the Internet troughout the official dwjukebox website or other dedicated
websites as BYOAC. For the present skin, the original DW Jukebox bundled fonts (by Ray Larabie) were used. This will
avoid any possible copyright concerns about fonts in that skin! A particular thank you to Chris La Mantia for the creation
of DW Jukebox... the extraordinary free software wich is closer to a real jukebox with numerous cool advantages as the
possibility to skin it easily with no creativity bundaries!
